Pretty Fancy Cakes Terms and Conditions
Any special allergy request shall be met where possible, and allergy information will be provided with all cakes. Although most of our cakes don’t contain nuts there is absolutely no guarantee nuts have not been handled in our kitchen or during the process of the other ingredients
You agree to pay the company the price agreed on email or at consultation, all of our prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
Bookings and Deposits
Booking are on Dates can be secured with a deposit, only when your deposit has been received and cleared will your booking be fully secured. All wedding cake orders require a deposit of £75.
Full balance is due 6 weeks prior to the cake delivery date as specified on your order form. On your initial invoice the date of the full balance will be included and a reminder of the full amount due will be emailed to you 1 week before the due date. Failure to make payment may result in your order being cancelled.
Payment methods accepted are Cash, Bank Transfer, PayPal or cheque. Please make cheques payable to Pretty Fancy Cakes. Please allow an additional 5 working days for cheques/ bank transfers to clear. Please write your name and invoice number on the reverse of your cheque, once payment has been received a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you.
Late or Non payments

Change of Wedding Date
If for any reason you wish to change your wedding date we will try our best to do this without any additional charge if given enough notice and we are able to provide a cake for the re-
If we are booked on the new date there is a possibility that we can supply you with the cake but will be unable to do delivery and set up. However collection may be an option.
Changes to your order
No changes to your order can be made once the final payment has been made 6 weeks before the Wedding date.
We offer a range of cupcake and pedestal stands for hire, we require a £100 deposit for every stand hired which would be totally refundable when returned to us in perfect condition after the wedding. In the event of the stand being damaged or a loss has occurred then the deposit will be retained. This can be done via cheque made payable to Pretty Fancy Cakes or cash.
On the day of collection your order may be collected at the arranged time as agreed on your order form. Should you wish to change the collection date/time we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee availability.
If you choose to collect your wedding cake unfortunately once the cake has left our premises we are no longer liable for any damages that occur, if you require any repairs a charge would incur. As you ( or any third party taking delivery e.g.( Hotel, Wedding Planner etc.) shall be solely responsible for any damage to any products which occur and Pretty Fancy Cakes would not be liable once the cake has been collected or delivered.
Once the cake has been set up we ask the wedding coordinator or event manager to sign to confirm the cake was in perfect condition when we arrived and carried out set up, in the event that there isn’t any one to sign for the cake we would be unable to leave the cake and would have to contact the client. Any damages to the cake once it has been left and signed for is not Pretty Fancy Cakes responsibility.
All of our cakes may contain parts that are not edible, these to include flower picks, pins from ribbons, wires, dowels, polystyrene bud cones, false dummy tiers. This list is not exhaustive and is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all these items are removed before consumption. If in doubt please contact us for more information.
Although attention is paid to ensure the removal of stones and pips from dried and fresh fruit there is a possibility that these traces may be found in cake. This also applies to jams and preserves.
