A dark rich fruit cake jewelled with dried fruits pre soaked in brandy to give this cake a boozy kick.

Chocolate Salted Caramel

Chocolate sponge cake, filled with a layer of salted caramel and a chocolate butter cream.

Lemon and Blackberry

A zesty lemon cake filled with a combination of lemon butter cream and lemon curd and blackberry butter cream and blackberry jam

Cherry Bakewell

Layers of light almond sponge cake dotted with morello glace cherries soaked with an Amaretti sugar syrup to really enhance the almond flavour, filled with a vanilla butter cream and cherry jam.

Raspberry and Pistachio

We only use free range eggs in all our cakes, sourced from our local farm shop, all of our sponge cakes are finished with a layer of either Dark or White chocolate ganache.

Passion Fruit and White chocolate

A vanilla sponge cake, soaked with a vanilla sugar syrup. Filled with white chocolate butter cream and passion fruit curd.

Salted Caramel

Layers of caramel sponge, soaked in a vanilla sugar syrup, filled with a salted caramel sauce and butter cream.
